We're closing our service
We have decided to withdraw from the consumer broadband market with effect from 31st March 2021.
You have been sent a letter detailing next steps. If you have not received this letter, please contact us via email and we will provide a PDF copy.
What should I do about my connection?
If you wish to continue using your 4G home broadband product, we advise that you contact the main network (EE, O2 or Vodafone) directly and arrange to take out a SIM contract which meets your requirements. You can then swap the SIM card in your 4G antenna with a new one and carry on as normal. For technical reasons, you should contact the same network as your connection currently uses. You can find out which network your service is using by contacting us via email.
What happens next?
Your 4G SIM will continue to work until the end of 31st March 2021. You will receive your final bill on 1st March 2021 and we will automatically cancel our Direct Debit after the payment for this bill has been received.
What if I want to leave sooner?
We understand that some of our customers will wish to move to an alternative service sooner than the end of March. If this is the case, please let us know via email to email@example.com and we will be able to discuss the possibility of ending your contract sooner. Please ensure you do not cancel your Direct Debit mandate without discussing this with us first – we have automatic systems in place to handle unpaid bills and defaulting on a payment could affect your credit score and therefore your ability to take out a broadband connection with another supplier in future.
What if I have questions?
